DEACON Nomination Form

Thank you for your interest in nominating someone to serve our Grace Covenant Church family as a Deacon. Any member of our church may recommend a new Deacon candidate from the church family during the nomination process. You can use either the printed form available onsite or this online form.

Submitting this nomination is an important responsibility, so please keep the following in mind:

Refer to Acts 6:1-7 and 1 Timothy 3:8-12 to see the Biblical qualifications to serve as a Deacon.
Prayerfully consider your recommendation.
Complete as much of the form as you can from your personal knowledge. The team will follow up.
